Jess has worked in the marine industry since 1983 after earning a degree in Finance & Marketing from San Diego State University. He has brought together his education, retail and distributor knowledge as well as his expertise as a successful manufacturer’s rep.

He began his career at Cal Marine back in 1983 and later moved to West Marine where he was involved in store management, special events, merchandizing and display management. In 1999 teamed up with Jess Nelson and together they established Pac-West Marketing.

Mike started working in sales after attending the University of Colorado, with an emphasis in marketing. Enjoying various industries, Mike landed in the marine industry in 1978, establishing Mullin & Associates. After nearly 30 years of success and growth, Mike has joined Pac-West specializing in servicing Distributors, Yards and OEM accounts.

Jay Tatro is our most recent addition the Pac-West team of marine professionals. His duties will include both handling customer calls to expedite solutions for their needs, and working with distributor sales representatives and dealers to promote Pac-West brands. He excels at helping customers find what they need at both the OEM and aftermarket level. His attention to detail pays off when helping a customer find the “correct” part, cable, propeller, manifold, lube, or other accessory for their particular needs.
