Jay joined the Pac-West team of marine professionals in February 2011. Previously, after several years of boating industry retail experience holding key positions in both sales and service, he was part of SoCal wholesale marine distributor sales forces for many years. His duties at Pac-West include both handling customer calls to expedite solutions for their needs, and working with distributor sales representatives and dealers to promote Pac-West brands. He excels at helping customers find what they need at both the OEM and aftermarket level. His attention to detail pays off when helping a customer find the “correct” part, cable, propeller, starter, cover, etc. for their particular needs.
